- यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी के द्वारा रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय अंकित किया गया मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी असत्य पाया जाता है तो ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों का आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।
- एक अभ्यर्थी केवल एक ही मोबाइल नंबर एवं ई-मेल आईडी से पंजीकरण कर सकता है।
- यदि किसी कारणवश रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय दिया गया मोबाइल नंबर 50% समय से अधिक स्विच ऑफ (Switched Off) या डिस्कनेक्टेड (Disconnected) पाया जाता है तो अभ्यर्थी का आवेदन विभाग द्वारा स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
III. अभ्यर्थी को आवेदन शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा। आवेदन-पत्र भरने के पूर्व अभ्यर्थी यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि वे विज्ञापन के अनुसार सभी नियमों को पूर्ण करते हैं। किसी भी मामले में सफल भुगतान के पश्चात शुल्क की राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी। Payment Failure की स्थिति में अगर रजिस्ट्रेशन हो नहीं पाता है तो शुल्क राशि (संत) की स्थिति के बारे में टोल फ्री नंबर (सात) पर जानकारी प्राप्त करें।
IV. अभ्यर्थी उसी जिले के विज्ञापित पद के विरुद्ध ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र भरेंगे, जिसका जिला वे स्थायी निवासी हैं एवं इस हेतु उचित स्थानीय प्रमाण-पत्र संलग्न करें।
- एक से अधिक जिले के पद के लिए आवेदन-पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
- यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी का स्थायी निवास एवं पद के आधार पर आवेदन-पत्र निरस्त कर दिया जाता है तो उसके द्वारा भरे गए शुल्क की वापसी नहीं होगी।
- भरे हुए आवेदन मात्र हुए उसके विधिवत कार्यान्वयन की ही जाएंगे।
V. अभ्यर्थी सदर/सम्बंधित बोर्ड परीक्षा के मूल प्रमाण-पत्र के आधार पर अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी जैसे— नाम, माता/पिता का नाम, जन्मतिथि, श्रेणी, जाति आदि की प्रविष्टि करें।
- भरे गए विवरण में कोई भी त्रुटि होने पर सुधार का अवसर उपलब्ध नहीं होगा, अतः सभी विवरण सही-सही भरें।

आवेदक द्वारा आवेदन-पत्र ऑनलाइन ही भरा जायेगा। आवेदन पत्र किसी भी अन्य माध्यम से स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे। आवेदन पत्र भरने हेतु आवेदकों द्वारा निम्न प्रक्रिया का पालन किया जायेगा।

(ख) तत्पश्चात् आवेदक द्वारा ऑनलाइन प्रणाली में उपलब्ध विस्तृत दिशा-निर्देश के अनुसार अपनी शैक्षिक एवं अन्य योग्यताओं सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों यथा-स्थायी निवास प्रमाण-पत्र/जाति प्रमाण-पत्र/हाईस्कूल मैट्रिक/समकक्ष प्रमाण-पत्र (10+2) अथवा आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य शैक्षिक प्रमाण-पत्र की स्कैन प्रति अपलोड किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।
(ग) ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र को सफलतापूर्वक भरने के उपरान्त आवेदक द्वारा आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान ऑनलाइन करना होगा।
(घ) भुगतान ऑनलाइन चालान प्रणाली (विज्ञान के पत्रों के माध्यम से) के माध्यम से ही किया जायेगा। ऑनलाइन चालान के माध्यम से किये गये भुगतान की रसीद प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा। भुगतान हो जाने के उपरान्त आवेदक को एक पंजीकरण सं0 (Registration ID) प्राप्त होगा, जो भविष्य में सन्दर्भ हेतु प्रयुक्त किया जायेगा। इस पंजीकरण सं0 आवेदक द्वारा पंजीकृत मोबाइल नं0 एवं ई-मेल पर SMS/E-mail द्वारा प्राप्त होगा।
(ङ) आवेदक द्वारा आवेदन-पत्र के सफलतापूर्वक सम्मिट (Submit) करने के पश्चात् उसका आवेदन-पत्र प्रिंट/डाउनलोड (Print/Download) कर सुरक्षित रखना अनिवार्य होगा।
(च) आवेदक द्वारा आवेदन-पत्र में किसी भी तरह के सुधार की अनुमति नहीं होगी। एक बार भरे गये आवेदन-पत्र को किसी भी तरह से सम्पादित नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
(छ) आवेदक को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आवेदन पत्र में प्रविष्ट सभी सूचनाएँ सही एवं पूर्ण हों। यदि कोई जानकारी गलत पाई जाती है, तो आवेदन पत्र निरस्त किया जा सकता है।
